Over the course of the next 12 months we’ll be sharing profiles of our various members of staff with you – this month’s spotlight is on Julie Snaith, Practice Manager and Leyanne Pennington-Foster, Marketing and Events Manager.
Julie joined our team 3 years ago, after working as a customer service manager in a large high street bank for 35 years. She decided it was time for another challenge she could get her teeth stuck into and we needed somebody just like her to keep our ship running! As our Practice Manager, Julie makes sure our four offices run like clockwork and is responsible for everything from new starter inductions, ensuring client servicing is of the highest standard, that everybody knows the part they play in our business goals and of course, fixing IT problems!
Leyanne joined our team as our Marketing and Events Manager 2 years ago, after 12 years in the marketing industry spent across sectors including oil and gas, social housing and education. Leyanne spends her week around our four offices and looks after all our marketing, organises all our events and is part of our business development and client servicing team. She’s spent the past year developing our new brand identity and creating a marketing plan, putting together a customer relationship strategy, getting our website up and running and making sure everything our advisers do feeds into our wider business strategy.
Their main goal for the next year is to ensure all clients receive the best level of service. During the upcoming 12 months the company is expected to see growth, in both individuals using their service and staff. Julie and Leyanne are in agreement that the best way to do this is in a structured, holistic way so that no matter what office you visit or when, you have the same Sage Wealth Management experience and so that everybody in the business understands exactly what part they play in our coming journey.
